Return Policy

At Golden Health Quest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a customer-friendly return policy.

Return Eligibility

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defective items.

Refund Process

- Full refunds will be issued for eligible returns.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing of refunds typically takes 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@goldenhealthquest.com or call (+1) 702-588-4814.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
4. Pack the item(s) securely, including the RAN on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Exceptions

- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Seasonal or discontinued items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
3. In some cases, we may request photos of the damaged/defective item.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Timeframe

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@goldenhealthquest.com.
