Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb
- Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $9.90 for orders 1-5 lbs
- Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): $19.90 for orders 5-70 lbs
Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout. Rates may vary based on product weight and destination.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Brand Partner Shipments
Some products ship directly from our brand partners. Delivery times for these items may vary. Bedding and lifestyle products (weighted blankets, duvets, sheets) may ship separately and have different delivery timeframes due to package size and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once the order has been processed for shipping.
Holiday Shipping
During major holidays, shipping times may be extended. We'll post notices on our website if standard timeframes are affected.
