Shipping Methods and Costs
Golden Health Quest offers the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99 for orders under $50, free for orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value and the selected shipping method. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day if ordered before 2 PM EST
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's customs policies before placing an order.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulations or product characteristics.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or process a replacement order.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we can change the address if the order has already been processed for shipping.
