BaxMAX's innovative Hot/Cold Therapy Gel packs are ideal to soothe sore muscles or to use as therapy for injured muscles.  This set of 2 gel packs have Velcro sewn to the backside so that they can be attached to the inside of the BaxMAX Back Support.  Simply place the Gel Packs in the freezer or microwave before attaching to the BaxMAX.

NO MORE FILLING UP BAGS WITH ICE - Simply place the BaxMAX Gel packs in your freezer for 2 hours and attach to your BaxMAX Back Support.   They will stay icy cold and provide low back muscle relief for up to 30 minutes.  Recommended use time for Hot or Cold is 30 minutes.

ALTERNATE COLD AND HOT - Once the Gel pack has warmed after using as a COLD pack, simply place it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and apply heat to the low back using the same pack.
